HB 4361 - Public Act 93-0887 - Requirements for Fire Sprinklers. Effective 1/1/05.

HB 4361 - Provides that subject to the establishment of a fire sprinkler dormitory revolving loan program, fire sprinkler systems are required in the dormitories of all post-secondary educational institutions by 2013. This includes current structures as well as newly constructed dormitories.
