HB 120 - Amends the Fire Protection District Act - Public Act 93-0304 - Effective July 23, 2003.

Provides that, for purposes of certain statutory requirements, territory is contiguous if the only separation between parts of the territory is land owned by the United States, the State of Illinois, any agency or instrumentality of either the United States or the State of Illinois, or any regional airport authority.
