HB 1194 - Amends the Fire Investigation Act. Public Act 93-0233. Effective July 22, 2003.

HB 1194 - Provides that an owner or occupier of a premises owes a reasonable duty of care to fire fighters to maintain the premises in accordance with applicable fire safety codes, regulations, ordinances, and generally applicable safety standards. Defines "premises".
