HB 115 - Fire truck Revolving Loan Program - Public Act 93-0035. Effective June 24, 2003.
Provides that the Illinois Rural Bond Bank and the State Fire Marshal shall administer a fire truck revolving loan program to provide zero interest loans for the purchase of fire trucks by a fire department or fire protection district.
