In conjunction with the 70th Annual Conference

Your District’s Credentials
Should be completed and signed by the Secretary of the Board of Trustee and returned to the IAFPD Office prior to the Annual Conference to entitle the member district to participate in the Conference and meetings of the Membership.

Proxy
The Board of Trustees should adopt a Resolution authorizing the Proxy (for IAFPD President) and a majority of the members of the Board must sign this proxy to make it effective.
