Text of Laws

The Text of Laws Relating to Illinois Fire Protection Districts and State Fire Marshal is a compilation of those state laws which most directly apply to Illinois Fire Protection Districts, the Office of the State Fire Marshal, Illinois Fire Service Institute and the Illinois Fire Service in General.  It is intended to bring together in one convenience pamphlet most of the laws which those persons involved with fire protection districts and the fire service will need on a routine basis. 

The latest edition is 2012.  Members of the IAFPD are entitled to one free copy of this book and are encouraged to obtain it while at the annual conference this June in Peoria.
