Fall Workshop

Since 2006, the IAFPD has taken a hot topic for the current year and provided a 3-hour program on it at various locations across the state.  Topics presented in the past include Districts in Transition, EMS Issues in Illinois, Duties of the Board Secretary or Treasurer.  IAFPD has also taken this time of year to present the 3-part Advanced Trustee Training program. 

This Fall, IAFPD will present a "Fire District Trustee Refresher" that meets the coninuting education requirement outlined in the section of the statute that allows for an increased in pay for compensated trustees of fire protection districts.
