Sealed Bids will be accepted by the Bourbonnais Fire Protection District until 12:00 p.m. (noon), December 17, 2012. All bids must be clearly marked 2000 NAVISTAR INTERNATIONAL SURPLUS BID. Bids may be delivered in person or mailed to the Bourbonnais Fire Protection District, 1080 Armour Road, Bourbonnais, IL 60914. Sealed Bids will be opened and read aloud at the monthly Trustee Meeting, Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. Property will be sold to the highest bidder. The Bourbonnais Fire Protection District has the right to reject any and all bids. Payment in full shall be made upon delivery, no later than ten (10) days after acceptance of bid. Property is sold “as-is” and “where-is” and has no warranty expressed or implied.
