Conference Exhibitors
The IAFPD Annual Conference has several opportunities to promote companies who sell fire apparatus, equipment, supplies and emergency services to the non municipal fire departments throughout Illinois. The annual tradeshow is one of the best ways to achieve this objective because your company gets far more than a booth and a name listed on the program. Exhibitors are acknowledged on the IAFPD website, listed in the quarterly publication, The Fire Call, and informed on the preregistered attendance prior to the show.
The average total attendance for the IAFPD Annual Conference is over 1,000 and 75% of the attendees are decision makers for the fire protection district they represent. In 2009, 163 fire districts from all areas of the state attended the tradeshow.

The IAFPD invites your company to participate in the IAFPD 67th Annual Conference to be held in Peoria June 10-13, 2010.
The prime booth spaces will sell fast therefore early bird registrations are encouraged. To sign up, complete the appropriate form included in the 2010 Exhibitor & Sponsor Prospectus and promptly send it with payment to IAFPD.
The hotel reservation form is included and is part of a new process we hope will make it easier to obtain a hotel that meets your needs. Please send this form onto the Peoria Housing Bureau and not to IAFPD.
The Conference Committee is excited to have been working on new social events and plenty of traffic building ideas to provide ample opportunities for you to meet with the conference attendees.
For those needing numbers, we had 900 conference attendees last year and 600 of them were officials from 163 fire protection districts throughout Illinois . The event was supported by 6 major contributors and 75 other sponsoring and exhibiting companies and resulted in a very successful conference.
